Opportunities

Live mandates, presented without disclosing anything.

Each entry describes a real mandate in a deliberately anonymised form: sector, country, asset type, stage of maturity and the counterparty sought. The rest opens up once the NCNDA is signed and the counterparty has been verified.

This list is not exhaustive. The most sensitive mandates are never published and circulate only among counterparties that have already been verified.

Anonymisation

Why these files carry no name, no location and no figures.

A teaser that names the company, the exact location and the amount sought protects no one. It allows any intermediary to reconstruct the file, trace it back to the title holder and circumvent the parties. Above all, it exposes the project sponsor: an identifiable permit tied to a funding requirement advertised on a public page immediately shifts the balance of power in the negotiation.

So we publish the bare minimum a serious counterparty needs to recognise itself in a file: the sector, the country, the asset type, the stage of maturity and the profile sought. Everything else comes in stages, after the NCNDA and after verification of whoever is asking.

If a file looks too vague to assess, that is by design. The next level of detail is one signature away.

What never appears here
  • No company names: not the title holder, not its advisers, not its partners.
  • No precise location: the country is enough to tell whether the file concerns you.
  • No amounts, no valuation, no stated funding requirement.
  • No technical documents, no reports and no contact details in open access.

Access

How to obtain a full file.

  1. You request the file, quoting its reference. It is carried over automatically into the form.

  2. We identify your entity and the person leading the matter on your side.

  3. You sign the NCNDA and begin the KYC procedure.

  4. The file opens in stages, through to the data room and the site visit.

Two ways in

You are looking for an asset, or you hold one.

We take mandates in both directions: finding a counterparty for a project, or finding an asset for an investor. In either case, it starts with a written mandate.

Access granted under NCNDA, once the counterparty has been verified.
